Seeking a proactive and creative professional **Video Maker** **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Centro, Santo André – SP **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + optical store product discount **About the Position** We are looking for a creative, organized, and visually astute **Video Maker** to produce audiovisual content. This professional will be responsible for all stages of the process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery—ensuring materials align with the brand’s visual identity and communication strategies. **Responsibilities** * Capture video and audio using cameras, mobile devices, natural and artificial lighting, ensuring technical and aesthetic quality; * Perform video editing and post-production for corporate videos, reels, testimonials, and other formats, including color correction, soundtracks, and transitions; * Lead creative direction—interpreting briefs, directing shoots, and proposing visual solutions aligned with project objectives; * Develop scripts and storyboards, and plan productions—including scheduling, location scouting, and casting; * Deliver final content in various formats (feed, stories, YouTube, etc.), properly optimized for social media. **Desired Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** (mandatory); * Knowledge of **After Effects** (a plus); * Basic drone operation skills and experience with outdoor and studio recordings; * Familiarity with formats and best practices for producing content for **Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube**. **Desired Profile** * Proactive, creative, and organized professional; * Strong interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients; * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; * Flexibility to adapt to the brand’s visual style and guidelines. **Advantages** * Knowledge of photography, digital marketing, and live streaming; * Certifications in audiovisual fields; * Prior experience at advertising agencies or production companies.
