




Job Summary: We are looking for a video editor and shooter to create performance-oriented content for the brand's channels, ensuring consistency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. DESCRIPTION * Shoot and edit videos for the brand's channels: campaigns, products, behind-the-scenes, events, and other content. * Create performance-focused videos: strong hooks, rhythm, retention, and storytelling. * Operate shooting equipment (cameras and smartphones), audio, and lighting efficiently and practically. * Edit in various aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) with channel-optimized deliverables. * Create and standardize video identity “packages”: intros, lower thirds, captions, transitions. * Work with scripts/briefs and propose creative improvements (angles, references, formats). * Ensure consistency with the brand and editorial calendar. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE * Editing: Premiere / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut * Basic motion design: After Effects (a plus) for simple text/elements. * Shooting: framing, exposure, audio, lighting (lightweight setup). * Understanding of performance-oriented formats (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and best practices. COMPETENCIES * Aesthetic eye + sense of rhythm (editing that captivates). * Organization and deadline management (high volume of deliverables). * Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly. * Proactivity in suggesting formats and trends adapted to the brand. * Attention to detail (audio, cuts, color, captions, branding).
