Job Summary: Responsible for editing videos focused on conversion for paid traffic campaigns, creating creatives that generate clicks, leads, and sales within the affiliate marketing model. Content repurposing and execution agility **Position: Video Editor (Performance / Paid Traffic Focus)** Role Objective: Responsible for editing videos focused on conversion for paid traffic campaigns, creating creatives that generate clicks, leads, and sales within the affiliate marketing model. **Main Responsibilities** * Edit short, direct videos for ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads) * Create creative variations (A/B tests) * Adapt videos for different formats and platforms * Add subtitles to videos * Optimize videos based on metrics (CTR, retention, CPA) * Repurpose existing content to create new versions * Follow defined copy and strategy guidelines **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar * Fast, volume-oriented editing * Knowledge of ad formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9\) * Clear understanding of: Hook (initial attention-grabber), Retention, Call to Action * Use of animated subtitles and visual conversion elements * Ability to replicate creatives that already perform well **Behavioral Skills** * Results-oriented mindset * Execution speed and agility * Ability to handle high-volume deliverables * Aptitude for rapid testing and iteration * Low creative attachment (focus on performance, not “art”) * Organization **Requirements** * Experience in video editing * Basic knowledge of digital marketing / paid traffic * Availability to work onsite initially to understand business dynamics * Execution speed **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with affiliate marketing or info-products * Knowledge of ad copywriting * Experience with TikTok Ads and Meta Ads * Prior experience conducting large-scale tests **Hiring Information:** * Employment Type: PJ (CNPJ required) * Compensation: To be negotiated * Interested candidates, please send resume to blackrocketexperience@gmail.com Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Work Location: Onsite
