If you believe in the power of well-crafted content to transform learning, this opportunity is for you. **About the Project** You will be part of producing a training program for public servants, focusing on developing high-quality teaching materials, including video lectures and supplementary handouts. **Main Responsibilities** Edit instructional videos based on pre-developed scripts Insert visual elements that enhance learning (charts, animations, captions) Work on soundtracks and narrative rhythm of videos Ensure visual consistency and technical quality of materials Collaborate with pedagogical and content teams **Requirements** Proven experience in video editing Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere, After Effects or similar) Keen eye for aesthetics, clarity, and pedagogy Organizational skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in producing educational content Familiarity with training or distance education projects Employment Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$3\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
