**Job Description:** ---------------------- Review and edit news reports; Adapt content and language to ensure coherence and factual accuracy; Correct errors so that the text is clear, cohesive, and informative; Edit news reports, assisting and guiding the video editor; Write on-screen captions (GCS) corresponding to the material being displayed in the report; Write headlines—colloquial, attention-grabbing, and informative texts for the presenter to read from the teleprompter and thereby capture viewers’ attention and increase audience ratings; Credit interviewees, reporters, and camera operators in all materials; Provide information regarding the duration of the report within the program, enabling the chief editor to organize the program’s mirror system and allowing the switcher operator to know when the material will be aired; Prioritize the most important content during the program; Maintain contact with reporters in the field to monitor the progress of the story and obtain supplementary materials—such as photos, videos, and audio—to complement the report; Forward materials to the video editor for report assembly; Serve as the liaison between the external team and the material broadcast on air; Suggest story topics to the chief editor and the editorial board; Request fact-checking of notes and verification of information from the editorial board and chief editor; Adapt reports to company standards; Safeguard personal data (names, addresses, images, voices) of individuals featured in reports; Review content to minimize potential legal liabilities for the company; **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree completed. Relevant work experience.
