Experience in commercial and e-commerce areas (Mandatory) Commercial Analyst: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Monday to Friday Lunch break: 1 hour We seek a dynamic professional with experience in commercial, e-commerce, and in-person operations. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** SALES (In-Store \+ Full Commercial Service): Direct customer service (retail staff, workshops, mechanics, retailers, and end consumers), with professional demeanor and active listening; Proactive prospecting of new customers via WhatsApp and telephone; Maintaining relationships with both active and inactive customers to retain and reactivate the client portfolio; **E\-COMMERCE** Creating, updating, and optimizing advertisements; using authentic product photos; crafting attention-grabbing titles; writing comprehensive descriptions; and applying correct categorization; Taking simple yet well-presented product photographs (attention to detail is mandatory); Developing new sales channels; Issuing invoices. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education;; Strong communication skills (written and verbal), clarity, and professional customer service attitude; Practical knowledge of Excel (data entry, quotations, sales tracking).
