Description: * Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Pattern Making, or related fields; * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Audaces, and Lectra; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in fashion retail. * Ensure garment wearability according to brand standards and lifestyle; * Ensure product quality according to business-established standards; * Manage departmental productivity; * Define and ensure execution of technical product development activities, identifying potential innovations for products and processes in the area; * Serve as custodian of technical product development processes, ensuring workflow execution in synergy with relevant departments; * Ensure achievement of targets, analyze KPIs, and develop improvement plans; * Guide supplier development; * Manage and develop the technical product development team; * Monitor team climate and engagement; * Interface with Development, Procurement, and Quality departments to uphold brand lifestyle. 2512290202491888884
