We value leadership, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always prioritizing safety, quality, and deadlines — without bureaucracy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Produce, shoot, and edit institutional, promotional, and social media videos and content; * Support the creation of internal and external communication campaigns; * Develop creative scripts and concepts for audiovisual materials; * Operate recording, lighting, and audio equipment; * Edit videos, perform image processing, and adjust audio; * Create multimedia content for various digital channels; * Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity; * Support coverage of corporate events and institutional initiatives; * Organize audiovisual files and image/video libraries; * Monitor digital and audiovisual communication trends. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, * Radio and TV, Audiovisual, or related fields; * Knowledge of video shooting and editing; * Basic/intermediate proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Canvas, After Effects, CapCut, * DaVinci Resolve, or similar); * Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio; * Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic graphic design knowledge is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Creativity and aesthetic sense, with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams; * Organization, proactivity, autonomy, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities; * Attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and interest in digital and audiovisual trends. **Work Location: Moema (São Paulo)** **Work Model: On-site.** Benefits In addition to market-competitive compensation, we offer a benefits package that values the well-being and security of our professionals: Dental plan;* Life insurance;❤️ Meal allowance.* ️ Totalpass * ️ Transportation allowance We believe great projects are built by great people.
