Perform low-complexity user assistance, traffic inspection, and mechanical aid by operating and driving the Concessionaire's vehicles upon request from the Operations Control Center.
Capture or remove animals from the roadway and/or medians using appropriate equipment available in operational vehicles and the Animal Capture Truck, under direct supervision.
Contain and extinguish small fire outbreaks under direct guidance, using dedicated equipment available in operational vehicles or the Water Tanker Truck.
Inspect construction and service activities occurring within the right-of-way using operational vehicles and the Construction and Services Manual available in patrol units, under direct supervision.
Escort oversized loads under direct supervision by driving the operational vehicle and reviewing load documentation.
Inspect the company's right-of-way by patrolling a designated highway section to identify ongoing construction or general services, billboards or outdoor signage, request presentation of authorization granted by the company for such services and/or construction, approve them if no irregularities are found, or request removal or demolition from the responsible party, escalating to the Supervisor for additional support to complete the process.
Conduct or assist in low-complexity operations related to assisting pedestrians in hazardous positions, fallen signage from ongoing highway construction, or removal of fallen highway signage from risk zones, taking appropriate measures.
Verify whether signage for highway construction, improvement, and maintenance complies with company standards, referencing previously received sketches, and escalate to the superior to halt work presenting irregularities or operational risks until resolved or new instructions are received from the Operations Control Center (OCC).
Detect possible deficiencies in signage (regulatory, informative, or warning signs) or on the roadway (potholes, damaged barriers, cleaning, washing), photograph the location, and submit suggestions or information to the OCC, which then notifies responsible departments for analysis and action.
Propose improvements to signage, infrastructure, drainage, and roadway safety, submitting them for analysis and approval by the Supervisor.

Respond to collisions or minor-impact accidents, collecting information from users/victims, witnesses, and highway police regarding probable causes and conditions of the accident (e.g., potholes, missing signage, speeding, water or oil on the roadway, driver under the influence), recording personal data of drivers and passengers, and details of involved vehicles (license plate, type, tire condition, damages, etc.), assessing damage to company property (metallic guardrails, concrete barriers, signage), and photographing the entire affected area, vehicles, and victims.
Provide the OCC with information gathered during minor-impact collision responses to integrate into the traffic accident response report, ensuring the police report also includes identical information.
Verify whether the length, height, width, and license plate display of extraordinary loads traveling on the highway comply with the Special Traffic Authorization (STA) issued by competent authorities; approve passage if no irregularities are found, otherwise retain the load until receiving new instructions from the OCC or obtaining a new STA (Special Traffic Authorization), acting under direct supervision.
