Job Summary: We are seeking a design intern passionate about aesthetics, composition, and visual identity to transform ideas into enchanting visual pieces and communicate the brand creatively. Contribute creative ideas for product launches and campaigns We seek an intern who is passionate about design, with a refined eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual identity. We want someone who enjoys transforming ideas into enchanting visual pieces and understands how to communicate a brand creatively, sophisticatedly, and consistently. We prefer students majoring in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. However, we are also open to self-taught candidates who demonstrate talent, visual repertoire, and execution capability. We are looking for someone with sensitivity to create materials that reflect Benille’s universe across different formats—from digital to print—and who is also willing to support the team on content capture days and other marketing-related activities. Responsibilities ● Create social media posts and carousels ● Develop social media graphics and brand campaigns ● Design graphic pieces, menus, special occasion catalogs, and other visual materials aligned with Benille’s visual identity ● Contribute creative ideas for product launches, campaigns, and visual communication ● Collaborate on organizing and executing the content calendar ● Support the creation of presentations, promotional materials, and institutional assets ● Assist on content capture days, helping with visual organization, behind-the-scenes documentation, and creative production support ● Support other Benille marketing-related tasks as needed by the team and campaign calendar Working Hours ● 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday ● Flexible schedule Desired Profile ● Currently enrolled in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields ● Experience with Canva, Illustrator, and CapCut ● Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy ● Organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines ● Proactivity in suggesting and developing new ideas ● Attention to detail, creativity, and care for visual finishing ● Illustration experience is a plus ● Basic photography knowledge is an advantage What We Offer ● Internship stipend of R$ 1,300.00 ● Meal allowance of R$ 330.00 ● Transportation allowance ● Exclusive discounts on Benille products ● Birthday day off ● Cinema voucher for your birthday ● Welcoming and inspiring environment at Benille Patisserie ● Hybrid position: 3 days per week onsite at the company and 2 days remote ● Real opportunity for growth and permanent hiring If you love design, possess a creative eye, and wish to join a brand that values every detail, we would love to meet you!
