Health and workplace safety promotion Occupational Nursing Technician \- Ponta Grossa/PR **Date:** March 20, 2026 **Location:** Ponta Grossa, PR, BR, 84043\-450 **Company:** Bunge **City :** Ponta Grossa**State :** Paraná (BR\-PR)**Country :** Brazil (BR)**Job ID :** 44110 **Job Mission**: Responsible for outpatient medical activities at the assigned unit, controlling the PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program), performing first aid and other related tasks within their expertise, to ensure employee health monitoring and contribute to physical integrity, quality of life, and health of employees. **Responsibilities and Duties**: * Support PCMSO implementation by monitoring exam expiration dates, scheduling exams, and assisting the occupational physician during clinical and periodic examinations, thereby contributing to compliance with company standards and applicable legislation. * Attend to employees presenting complaints, assess severity, refer them to the occupational physician or to external clinics, hospitals, or specialists as needed, ensuring appropriate referrals to minimize any health issues or risks. * Record all medical visits performed; in cases of emergencies/work-related accidents, maintain proper documentation to ensure information availability for case management, legal requirements, and follow-up of patients/employees. * Maintain adequate stock levels of essential outpatient medications by inspecting, controlling, and replenishing drugs and supplies, ensuring availability when required. * Control, replenish, and inspect first-aid materials (e.g., emergency stretchers, first-aid kits), ensuring availability when required. * Support the occupational physician and assist in developing health promotion and preservation campaigns by preparing materials, data, and other resources, contributing to campaign execution and expected outcomes. * Contribute to training sessions and lectures related to occupational health. * Collaborate with Human Resources and Occupational Safety departments by actively participating in accident investigations, planning meetings, Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), and organizing events such as SIPAT, health campaigns, vaccination drives, and emergency response teams, aiming to integrate preventive actions and promote a safe working environment. * Respond to internal, external, and regulatory audits related to Occupational Health by gathering, organizing, and presenting required evidence and documentation, ensuring company compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements. * Manage medical certificates by receiving, analyzing, and appropriately directing cases, monitoring absenteeism and providing administrative and technical support in social security leave processes, supporting the development of preventive actions and ensuring proper legal and health coverage for employees. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Technical Nursing program with active and valid registration at COREN. * **Specialization:** Postgraduate degree or specialization course in Occupational Nursing. * **Occupational Health Knowledge:** Solid knowledge and experience in implementing and managing PCMSO, as well as relevant occupational safety and health legislation and regulations. * **Experience:** Prior experience in occupational outpatient medical routines as an Occupational Nursing Technician.
