Location: **Kestra** Req ID: **28702** Job Responsibilities * Responsible for performing welding and cutting operations in various positions (flat, horizontal, and vertical), using electrodes, manual machines, and CNC equipment according to established technical parameters. Prepares and configures welding and cutting equipment, conducts tests to ensure process quality, and performs assembly and adjustment of fixtures. * Operates CNC and automated equipment for production, repair, or maintenance of parts and components, feeding workstations with raw materials using resources such as overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts. Inspects parts, interprets technical drawings, selects appropriate weld types, and prepares surfaces per procedures. * Performs part finishing (grinding, sanding, fitting), plasma cutting, oxy\-fuel cutting, and gouging, maintaining production records and operational reports. Ensures equipment and workplace preservation and cleanliness, as well as individual and collective safety, by using appropriate PPE. * Conducts waste sorting and disposal, participates in internal and external assignments (including customer site visits), and may operate overhead cranes when required. Maintains an organized work area and contributes to preserving company assets.
