Focus on process innovation and workplace safety Lead and engage the team by aligning everyone toward common objectives; introduce process innovations to optimize material handling; maintain strong interpersonal relationships; demonstrate adaptability and flexibility; serve as a pillar of support for the entire warehouse operational team. * Manage the warehouse operational team at XD; * Manage performance indicators within your area of responsibility; * Lead operational controls related to your team (attendance, absenteeism, overtime, turnover); * Lead the team by managing employee timekeeping and vacation scheduling in the system; * Ensure execution of standard work as defined in the operational work instructions; * Ensure high-quality implementation of all safety standard procedures; * Engage the operational team in analyzing warehouse process indicators and developing immediate action plans for correction; * Promote team engagement and integration; * Ensure employees correctly use PPE and comply with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, as well as other organizational policies. * Ensure organizational policies and guidelines are implemented within operational teams. * Correctly use PPE and comply with all health, occupational safety, and other organizational regulations; * Operate a Walkie Electric Stacker; * Operate a Reach Electric Stacker; **5x2 \- 220h \- Must have SAR \- 5:25 AM to 3:13 PM** Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
