Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, organize, store, and control materials; * Identify materials in stock; * Conduct inventories and updates; * Unload and deliver materials to users; * Monitor product expiration dates; * Support compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), contributing to continuous improvement of systems; * 5S * Load and unload raw materials and auxiliary production materials using a forklift; organize them in the warehouse; verify and complete checklists and identifications as needed. * Prepare or assist with inventories by counting and verifying stock items and/or entering data into control spreadsheets, forwarding results to coordination for analysis. * Serve the counter, delivering various materials according to SAP reservations, verifying whether requested materials are available in stock, and physically counting inventory for each delivery; * Arrange transportation and invoices for materials to be sent to other units or collected from suppliers, packaging and identifying materials when necessary; * Control shipment and return of materials for repair/maintenance per supplier procedures, verifying and returning them to requesting users; * Notify procurement in cases of non-conforming materials to take appropriate actions; request returns to suppliers in cases where materials are not released; * Attach quality-controlled labels (approved/rejected) to materials; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Forklift operator license; * Advanced Excel skills; **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
