Responsibility for receiving, inspecting, controlling, and organizing materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy of physical and system records.
Handles operational demand, organizes internal and reverse logistics, conducts inventories, prepares reports, and maintains the physical conditions and processes of the warehouse, ensuring compliance, standardization, and operational support for involved areas.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Receive materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items, verifying quantities, specifications, and physical conditions against requests, invoices, and transport documents, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Monitor and control material inflows and outflows, ensuring correct system record updates and alignment between physical and system inventory. Maintain data accuracy and support material traceability processes.
Organize, sort, and prepare materials, equipment, scrap, and miscellaneous items for dispatch, internal movement, and distribution, ensuring proper packaging, identification, and logistics per defined processes.
Serve technicians and other departments by providing required materials, equipment, and information in accordance with operational demand and current procedures.
Conduct monthly inventories and support periodic inventories, ensuring material integrity, compliance with control records, and accurate reporting of discrepancies. Perform internal inspections to assess physical conditions, organization, safety, and infrastructure of the workplace.
Receive equipment from reverse logistics (defective units), perform inspection, registration, and forwarding per the reverse logistics process, including shipment to the origin Distribution Center (DC), ensuring traceability and compliance with the defined process.
Prepare monitoring reports, inventory control reports, movement reports, and other indicators related to warehouse activities, supporting management and decision-making.
Request services, tools, and resources from responsible departments to maintain physical infrastructure, work tools, furniture, and warehouse organization, ensuring suitable conditions for activity execution.
Ensure adherence to established processes, regulations, and standards for warehouse activities, contributing to uniformity, safety, and service efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed High School \- Academic transcript mandatory:
Desirable: Experience in inventory management and logistics; SAP knowledge;
Knowledge of Telecom products;
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency
