Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing rotating inventory, issuing production order deductions, verifying and storing materials, splitting graphic materials and packaging, and receiving graphic materials and packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and materials management activities 2. Warehouse organization and stock control 3. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams * Perform daily rotating inventory and assist in the annual general inventory process, in accordance with procedures outlined in the Rotating Inventory POP; * Process production order deductions, reversals, and closures; * Verify returned materials, record transactions in the ERP system, and store them; * Split graphic materials and packaging according to production orders and weekly schedules; * Receive, verify, identify, assign storage locations for, and store incoming graphic materials and packaging; **Professional Profile:** * Proactive; * Analytical; * Organized. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; **Work Schedule:** * Availability to work Monday through Friday: 7:12 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break). **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. * Willingness to work in Jaboticabal.
