Job Summary: The Warehouse Assistant ensures efficient and accurate goods flow by performing receiving, sorting, verification, and organization tasks to maintain warehouse order and inventory precision. Ensures warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety The Warehouse Assistant plays a critical role in daily distribution center operations, ensuring physical goods flow efficiently and accurately. This role executes operational tasks including receiving, sorting, verifying, and organizing products, supporting maintenance of warehouse order, safety, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Sorting and Verification: Perform order picking and physical product verification to ensure correct quantities and items prior to shipment. * Material Handling: Conduct loading, unloading, and physical inbound/outbound control of goods in the warehouse. * Inventory Support: Assist supervisors with cyclic counts and full stock inventories to ensure data accuracy. * Organization and Cleanliness: Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring proper product storage and obstacle-free aisles. * Teamwork: Collaborate with other operational team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets. Requirements and Qualifications + Education: Completed high school. Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is considered advantageous (but not mandatory). Job Information + Working Hours: Business hours – Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. + Work Environment: Collaborative, with opportunities for professional growth.
