We seek a communicative, proactive, and commercially oriented professional who enjoys building connections with customers and delivering **humanized, close, and consultative service**, contributing to customer retention, sales growth, and consequently achieving personal and financial growth. **Compensation** * **Base salary:** R$ 1.920,00 * **Commission:** Graduated according to targets achieved * 1st target: **2%** * 2nd target: **2.5%** * Progressive percentages based on performance **Responsibilities** * Customer service focused on sales and retention * Identification of cross-selling opportunities (women’s/men’s) * Handling own transactions at the cash register, ensuring efficiency and closeness with the customer * Building relationships to encourage repeat visits * Dispatching shopping bags and communications to loyal customers * Achieving individual and store targets * Organizing and maintaining the workspace **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred) * Availability to work on a **6x1 rotating schedule** * Aptitude for direct customer interaction and closing sales **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Results-oriented mindset * Friendliness and empathy in customer service * Organization * Ability to build rapport with customers Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Payment: R$1.920,00 per month Work location: On-site
