Job Summary: Internal Sales Representative focused on customer service, auto parts sales, prospecting, and negotiation to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of targets. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation, order follow-up, and after-sales service Handle customer service by selling automotive parts via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail. Conduct active prospecting for new customers, identify business opportunities, and expand the customer portfolio. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, track orders, and ensure customer satisfaction in after\-sales service, contributing to the unit's target achievement.
