Now you can be part of this team too! **Position: Salesperson –** Porto Alegre \- RS MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that align with their preferences and requirements; Assist customers in trying on footwear, ensuring correct fit and model suitability; Answer questions about products; Present features and benefits of footwear; Conduct negotiations and effectively finalize in-person and online sales; Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including proper product placement on shelves; Complete daily sales reports, indicating performance and achieved results; Focus on store-established sales targets. REQUIREMENTS: Completed High School (preferred) Sales experience Strong communication skills Passion for sales Basic knowledge of social media Fashion and trend awareness (desirable) Flexible availability Salary: R$: 1\.956,00 or commission starting from a specified amount.
