Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with company-established safety rules. Implement, supervise, and control the execution of established processes, and cascade coordination and company guidelines to the operations team. Lead the team under your responsibility (Utilities) and manage daily operations to achieve established goals. Monitor KPIs for the area under your responsibility, prepare reports, and submit them to coordination at the required frequency. Support production needs to achieve planned output volumes. Maintain constant interface with other departments to define priorities and map resources required to execute defined plans. Continuously monitor production costs and propose process improvements and optimizations to increase business profitability. Manage maintenance work orders for the area. Utilize systems (MES/SAP), methodologies, and industrial processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. * Experience in Utilities, preferably in Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical sectors. * Practical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and biotechnological processes (fermentation).
