Flexible hours \| Opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment JOB OBJECTIVE: Perform machining and fabrication of parts and tools with precision, ensuring quality, correct dimensions, and proper functionality of mechanical components. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate conventional lathes and machining equipment * Fabricate, adjust, and refurbish parts and tools * Interpret technical drawings and specifications * Perform measurements and dimensional control of parts * Prepare materials and tools for machining * Perform finishing and mechanical adjustments * Carry out basic machine maintenance * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements * Maintain an organized workplace REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, MAG, TIG, and shielded metal arc welding) * Operation of conventional mechanical lathes * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings * Knowledge of machining and tooling * Use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.) * Knowledge of metallic materials and cutting tools * Adjustment and setup of machines and tools * Dimensional and quality control of parts * Basic knowledge of machine maintenance * Knowledge of safety standards and PPE usage EDUCATION: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a relevant program PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in a machining company * Experience with on-demand production HOW TO APPLY: Limited positions – Don’t miss out! **Education**: Proven experience **Salary:** To be discussed. **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday: 07:30–12:00 and 13:30–18:00 Friday: 07:30–12:00 and 13:30–17:00 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
