Will you join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect blood from patients and administer blood components; * Monitor and perform the entire transfusion process; * Provide guidance and care for transfusion reactions; * Monitor transfusions by receiving service requests, evaluating acceptance criteria for requests, preparing transfusions (immunohematological testing), and releasing blood components; Participate in all routine activities related to hygiene, inventory control, and material requisition; * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Hemotherapy or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Experience in transfusion processes — preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems; * Availability to work on a 12x36 night shift schedule; **Additional Information** * Benefits: Transportation allowance, Meal voucher, Medical assistance, Dental assistance; * Referral program; We are the largest specialized high-complexity hemotherapy and cellular therapy network in the country.
