Participate in strategic challenges within a welcoming and innovative environment. **Women transforming Engineering, Sciences, and the Future.** ------------------------------------------------------------------ The Transformar Trainee Program 2026 is an initiative by Cimento Apodi in partnership with Eureca on Gupy. It is an affirmative action program targeted at women from Engineering, Science, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM) fields who wish to build a purpose-driven career with learning and real impact. Focused on the industrial unit located in Quixeré (CE), the program was created to open pathways in a historically male-dominated sector. We aim to attract and develop new female talent who believe in the power of transformation through knowledge. Throughout the program, trainees will experience strategic challenges within operations and work in a culture that values initiative, diversity, autonomy, and professional growth, all within a welcoming, innovative, and sustainable environment. In the previous edition, the program included 7 participants, of whom 5 were hired as specialists in their respective areas. Our commitment is to provide you with structured professional growth, including close leadership mentoring, personalized development tracks, and hands-on operational experience. Don’t miss the chance to transform with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Engage\-in the structured development activities of the Trainee Program, aiming for technical and behavioral development, as well as solid understanding of the production chain; * Apply management tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, among others) to develop process improvement plans; * Use methodologies, systems, and procedures in accordance with company policies; * Participate in tactical and strategic industrial projects, contributing to operational excellence and technical rigor; * Acquire knowledge of Industry 4\.0 concepts to support potential improvement proposals for areas and requirements; * Perform job rotations (both across departments and other units) and structured activities to broaden systemic vision of the industrial area; * Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, presenting solutions to immediate managers and program mentors; * Monitor operational routines, proposing improvements aligned with departmental needs and organizational outcomes; * Analyze and support industrial performance indicator (KPI) management, supporting decision-making; * Align with the company’s strategic planning, understanding its objectives and acting coherently with established guidelines; * Participate in meetings and share information for activity and project execution; * Safeguard the company’s physical and intellectual assets, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of information; * Comply with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, promoting active care. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Identify as female; * Women born in Ceará and/or residing there for at least 5 years and/or graduated/graduating in the state; * Have completed or be completing an undergraduate degree between Dec/2022 and Dec/2025; * Degrees in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Mathematics; * Availability to work full-time and on-site at the Cimento Apodi industrial unit located in Quixeré\-CE; * Availability for occasional travel to units located in other municipalities and states. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$ 6\.000,00 (CLT); * **Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan**, with co-payment and possibility of including legal dependents; * **Dental Plan**, (by enrollment), extendable to dependents; * **Meal Allowance** of R$ 589.95 per month; * **On-site cafeteria**, offering quality meals for your convenience and health; * **Transportation route** serving Quixeré, Russas, and Limoeiro do Norte for greater commuting comfort; * **Group Life Insurance**, providing additional peace of mind for you and your family; * **Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR):** Your performance and dedication recognized through clear, shared goals; * **Private Pension Plan**, helping you build your future with greater security; * **Wellhub**, facilitating access to gyms and other physical and mental wellness services; * **StarBem and Avus:** Health platform and services; * **Pharmacy partnership** and educational institution partnerships for you and your family; * **SESI partnership**, expanding access to health and wellness services; * **Relocation Assistance**, including transportation, accommodation, and stipend (if required); * **Payroll-deductible loan**, offered under favorable terms for your needs; * **UniApodi**\* * *Free and unlimited access to our Corporate University by LearningRocks (used by companies such as Heineken and Santander), featuring expert curation and hundreds of certified contents developed by education and development specialists from renowned institutions, including PUC Rio Grande do Sul.* Cimento Apodi is one of Brazil’s most modern and sustainable cement industries, with strong presence in the North and Northeast regions.
