Focused on the industrial unit located in Quixeré (CE), the program was created to open pathways in a historically male-dominated sector. Throughout the program, trainees will experience strategic challenges within operations and work in a culture that values initiative, diversity, autonomy, and professional growth, all within a welcoming, innovative, and sustainable environment. In the previous edition, the program included 7 participants, of whom 5 were hired as specialists in their respective areas.
