In this role, your main responsibilities will be: * Training new tailors, teaching machine operation and garment finishing; * Monitoring trainees’ technical development throughout the learning process; * Ensuring production flow meets quality standards; * Performing basic machine adjustments and supporting preventive maintenance; * Managing tools and inspecting the workstation to ensure organization and safety. Here’s what we expect from you. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school; a technical or undergraduate degree in Textiles, Garment Production, Fashion, or related fields is a plus; * Experience with industrial sewing machines (e.g., straight stitch, overlock, buttonholer, etc.); * Availability to work either the 1st shift (5:00 AM to 2:18 PM) or the 2nd shift (2:18 PM to 11:24 PM); * Availability for daily commuting; "The Malwee Group respects and promotes diversity and inclusion.
