**About the program:** Phase 1 — Corporate Training Trainees will participate in a one-week immersion focused on: * Company history and culture; * Technical product knowledge; * Sales techniques; * Store management and customer relationship. Phase 2 — Field Work (Sales Promoter) For 3 months, the trainee will work directly at the point of sale, developing: * Customer communication and approach; * Relationship with sales staff and store managers; * Negotiation techniques and sales conversion. Phase 3 — Training Development A 6-month role focused on: * Organizing training sessions; * Team development; * Training and mentoring of promoters. Phase 4 — Supervisory Development A 6-month role focused on: * Team management; * Performance monitoring; * Commercial strategies and influence on in-store sell\-out. Phase 5 — Career Plan After completing the program, the employee may be assigned to strategic positions based on operational demand and individual performance. Career path for the Sales Trainee, with opportunities for growth and professional development within the company. After 2 years, depending on trainee performance, one may become a Training Instructor, Sales Supervisor, or assume other strategic positions within the company.
