If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate conventional milling machines for machining parts and fixtures according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and established deadlines. * Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications to define the machining process. * Set up, adjust, and operate conventional milling machines, selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters. * Perform precision machining of parts in various materials, such as steel, aluminum, and bronze. * Conduct measurements and inspections during and after machining using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc. * Perform adjustments and rework on parts when necessary. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. * Collaborate with the tooling team to develop technical solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Metrology and measuring instruments * Machining processes on conventional milling machines * Basic knowledge of occupational safety **Additional Information** Shuttle transportation provided for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals served at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
