Job Summary: The Tire Retreading Operator will be responsible for inspecting, buffing, repairing, applying tread rubber, assembling for vulcanization, and conducting quality control of tires. Apply tread rubber and perform assembly for vulcanization. Operate sector-specific machinery and equipment. Conduct final product quality control. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage requirements. Perform tasks relevant to standard Tire Retreading Operator routines. Position located in Sorocaba / SP. Previous experience as a Tire Operator, Retreading Technician, Retreading Assistant, or Production Operator may indicate familiarity with some of the duties associated with this position. High school education in progress.
