Register in our talent pool, and we'll contact you as soon as an opportunity better aligned with your profile arises! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for managing medium-complexity changes related to the quality management system, based on risk management and under guidance when applicable, ensuring proper evaluation, verification, consistency, and integrity of data and documents recorded in the current change management system for information traceability. * Serve as administrator of the change management system, supporting users in correctly using the tool, clarifying doubts, promoting adherence to defined workflows, and contributing to process efficiency and standardization, ensuring correct tool usage. * Evaluate, review, and approve documentation related to changes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. * Responsible for creating, updating, and disseminating performance indicators and pending items, communicating the status of the change management process to involved areas via tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel, as well as emails, reports, printed notices, or verbal presentations. * Support process automation and digitalization using tools such as Power Apps. * When necessary and under guidance, schedule and conduct meetings to align information, communicate status, and ensure strategic alignment with areas involved in the change management process. * Align deadlines and schedules for actions linked to change controls, guiding and supporting users regarding process requirements, clarifying doubts, and contributing to meeting defined deadlines and ensuring correct execution of actions—guaranteeing deadline compliance and risk mitigation. * Also support administrative processes within the area, including management of mandatory and complementary training, handling change control process demands, and providing support for administrative activities related to maintenance and evolution of the Quality Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Pharmacy or related fields. * Solid experience with Quality Management Systems and Change Control in regulated environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook), with advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI — desirable). * Basic knowledge or experience in process automation (Power Apps — desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). **Additional Information** **Main Benefits:** -------------------------- * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance or on-site cafeteria **(depending on the unit)**; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance, shuttle service, or parking **(depending on the unit)**; * Wellhub; * Internal pharmacy — company medications free of charge, extended to spouse and children **(depending on the unit)**; * Nova Vida Tem Valor Program (Telemedicine, maternity kit, courses, waived co-payment during pregnancy and postpartum, among others); * Health Space — supportive medical care **(depending on the unit)**; * PPR / Bonus (depending on the unit); * **Tem Valor Benefits Club:** E-commerce platform with numerous partner companies offering products and services with exclusive, differentiated discounts; * **Tem Valor Mini-Store** (e-commerce offering up to 40% discount on our dermocosmetic and vitamin products); * **Online Psychotherapy** — free and confidential sessions; * **Childcare Assistance** (depending on the unit and internal policy); **Note: This opportunity does NOT accept internal applications.** **Published on:** 29/04 **Responsible Analyst:** XXXXX
