DESCRIPTION: Store specializing in abrasives, tools, adhesives, and a wide range of products. RESPONSIBILITIES: Fast and efficient customer service via WhatsApp and telephone. Conduct consultative sales, suggesting the best product options according to the customer's needs and addressing general inquiries. Track orders from initial inquiry through purchase completion, ensuring an agile and organized process. Maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty and generate repeat sales. Identify and acquire new customers from segments using our products. Assist at the sales counter when necessary. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication and writing skills, experience in online sales, and proficiency with technology.
