Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician for our Operations team, responsible for internet installations, customer support, and fiber-optic network operations in a digitally transforming environment. We are looking for a Telecommunications Technician to join our Operations team. What will be your main daily challenges and responsibilities? Tasks/Activities? * Installing internet services in residential, commercial, and/or industrial locations; * Removing equipment; * Providing customer support; * Working with fiber-optic networks; * Please note: tasks require working at heights — okay?! What we need from you: * Completed High School education; * Experience installing internet services / technology; * Technical course in electroelectronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications (preferred); * Course related to networking and fiber optics (preferred); * Willingness to travel; * Ability to work with performance targets; * Driver's License Class B.
