




Job Summary: Our Technical Support team is seeking professionals to assist customers remotely with questions or technical issues, providing support and pursuing resolutions. Key Highlights: 1. We want your resume in our inbox now! :) **This and all other listed positions are open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to customers via available communication channels; * Generate and communicate the customer service protocol number; * Identify and pursue resolution of customer requests; * Conduct basic diagnostic tests with customers; * Escalate to Level 2 Analysts when required; * Identify and ensure adherence to SLA deadlines for dedicated customers, interconnection, or government accounts; * Forward cases to the Maintenance department upon identifying physical issues that cannot be resolved remotely; * Aim to resolve issues during the customer’s first contact. If resolution is not possible, escalate to the responsible department; * Adhere to deadlines and rules established by the company or applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Knowledge of networks and maintenance, logical reasoning; Strong communication skills; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Innovative mindset. **Education:** Completed high school. Technical or higher education in a related field is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Work schedule during in-person training period:** 08:00–12:00 and 13:12–18:00, Monday through Friday. **After training, remote work schedule:** 12x36 shift rotation.
