We are looking for a professional to: **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in handling non-conventional pets in stores and quarantine areas, as required by the department; * Assist in producing technical content for internal team training and external dissemination; * (Blog / social media). * Participate in calls and trainings proposed by the technical department; * Support the team in guiding store teams and ensure established technical processes are followed and animal welfare is guaranteed. * Assist the technical team in evaluating indicators and performing daily operational tasks (e.g., placing orders, contacting suppliers, verifying deliveries, etc.); * Interest in learning about environmental legislation and related technical processes (SIGAM / GEFAU / IBAMA). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Biology; * Availability to work, preferably during the afternoon shift (1:00 PM to 6:00 PM), in a hybrid format; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Easy access to our headquarters in the North Zone of São Paulo; * Basic knowledge of handling non-conventional pets. **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model in São Paulo; * Transportation Benefit; * Meal Allowance (subject to regional policy rules and current guidelines); * Christmas Bonus; * Dental Care Plan; * Pharmacy Benefit (partnership with Vidalink to provide convenience when needed); * Life Insurance; * Gympass and Totalpass (available after 30 days from hire date); * Birthday Day Off (available after 6 months of employment); * PETernity Leave; * Petz Club – (Discount and cashback club with over 700 partners across Brazil); * Exclusive discount on products in our stores; * UniPetz (exclusive online platform for your professional development); * SESC partnership. **Petz’s purpose** is to create value and deliver the best possible experience in the relationship between pets and their guardians.
