Below are the required knowledge and skills: **Academic Background** Completed or ongoing technical course in **Electronic Security Systems Installation, Electronics, Electroelectronics, or Electrical Engineering**. **Technical Knowledge and Tools** Practical experience in **installation and maintenance of electronic security systems**, such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and intercoms; Knowledge of **structured cabling** and **fiber optics**, including **fusion splicing, connectorization, and cable certification**; Familiarity with **GPON, FTTH, and FTTx** technologies (optical network deployment and activation); Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and electrical diagrams**; Use of industry-specific tools, such as **multimeters, network testers, OTDRs, compression pliers, and crimping tools**. **Certifications and Licenses** Valid and active **Brazilian Driver’s License Category B** (mandatory), with availability to drive company vehicles. **Behavioral Skills** Leadership ability and capacity to guide technical teams in the field; Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; Agility in solving problems and making technical decisions under pressure; Willingness to travel and work in outdoor environments. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:58 AM to 6:15 PM; Candidates located near the following addresses will be prioritized: Rua Simeão Ribeiro, Centro, Montes Claros - MG - CEP 39400004; Rua Anísia Ferreira da Silva, CEP: 35502-418; R.
