Learn again. \#NoFearOfMistakes **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in construction site work processes and supervision, providing support to the team; * Assist in quality supervision of construction works; * Assist in material assessment and interpretation of project documents, material specifications, and general resources; * Complete spreadsheets, systems, and processes for construction control and planning; * Monitor development and execution of all construction phases according to the physical-financial schedule (planned vs. actual); * Support the Site Engineer or Construction Coordinator in implementing technical and operational procedures defined in the PQO – Construction Quality Plan, as well as sustainability, occupational health, and safety procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * For graduated professionals, active registration with CREA is required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Competencies focused on problem-solving, execution, and results-oriented performance; * Availability to work on-site in Osasco \- SP. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Transportation Voucher * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Partnerships with educational institutions * Birthday Day Off * Gympass * Health Benefit (Starbem) * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Extended Parental Leave – 6 months for mothers and 30 days for fathers * Special conditions to purchase your HM home **About HM** HM was founded in 1976 in Barretos (SP) as a small engineering firm.
