




Job Summary: Directly provide customer service, ensuring excellence, customer satisfaction, and service quality, in accordance with company standards. Key Highlights: 1. The primary objective is to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction, and service quality, following company standards and procedures. Responsibilities: * Fulfill the pre-scheduled customer service appointments, ensuring punctuality and effectiveness. * Ensure customer satisfaction through consultative service by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Keep work tools organized and in good condition, paying special attention to connectorization tools to prevent damage. * Properly use personal and collective protective equipment to maintain personal safety and the safety of customers. * Understand and apply quality indicators (IRR, IFI) in daily operations to continuously improve service quality. * Actively participate in company-provided training and development programs to support professional growth and continuous updating on new technologies and procedures.
