We are seeking a motivated Tax Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Extract and edit service invoice reports from the SAP system. * Verify and record invoices in the system; * Issue and record **NFS\-e** in different municipalities; * Calculate taxes such as **ISS, RET, IRRF, and CSRF;** * Fulfill monthly and annual accessory obligations (municipal, state, and federal); * Monitor pending items for issuing **CND;** * Monitor and adapt to changes related to **tax reform;** * Support the implementation of new tax routines; * Interface with public agencies, including participation in meetings and negotiations when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in **Accounting Sciences;** * Experience (preferred) with **service invoices (NFS\-e);** * Experience calculating taxes such as **ISS, RET, IRRF, and CSRF;** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments; * Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative profile. **Advantages** * Experience with tax systems/ERP * Experience with tax calculation routines * Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation **Additional information** * Career and salary plan; * Birthday day off; * Paid vacation of 30 days after one year of employment.
