Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supporting Supply Chain areas and customers, providing SAP TM support, developing feasibility studies, and monitoring requirements. Monitoring of requirements and follow-up of action plans **Date:** Feb. 6, 2026 **Location:** BOITUVA, SP, BR **Company:** Grupo Petropolís RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide support to Supply Chain areas, ensuring correct execution of their processes; * Align and govern incident handling with customer areas and IT, aiming to improve support delivered to business areas; * Develop technical feasibility studies, as well as functional and technical specifications for root-cause solutions to systemic errors; * Monitor the status of requirements and perform follow-up on action plans, ensuring execution of testing by business areas. * Collaborate closely with our customers to understand their specific needs and identify optimal solutions within the SAP TM module. * Support key users by conducting training sessions and providing functional guidance.
