SuccessFactors Functional Management** * Serve as the internal IT focal point for the SAP SuccessFactors solution. * Administer permitted functional configurations in the production environment (no provisioning access – this responsibility belongs to the AMS consulting team). * Organize and prioritize enhancement requests jointly with HR. * Specify requirements focused on improvements or new demands to be fulfilled by external consultants. * Write functional specifications for specific developments or integrations. * Validate deliveries and conduct functional testing (UAT). * Understand, monitor, and guide actions related to integrations with satellite systems. * Understand business processes and technical solutions to direct evolutionary actions in Fiori apps developed on SAP BTP, thereby managing deliveries, enhancements, and support provided by the responsible consulting firm. * Familiarity with BTP navigation and IAS is a plus. * Knowledge of SFSF EC is a plus. * Track roadmaps, trends, and SAP updates. * Analyze release notes and quarterly updates, assess environmental impacts, open and track incidents via SAP for Me. * Understand and support access releases according to roles and responsibilities defined by GP governance. * Currently installed SFSF modules: EP, LMS, Recruiting, Goals and Performance, Career and Succession. **2\. Satellite Systems Management** * Enhancements, maintenance, and governance with focus on: * SAP HCM expertise in PA, OM, PY, BN, TM, and eSocial. * Support for SAP HCM (Rimini support). * Actively participate in the ongoing ECC to S/4HANA migration project. * Familiarity with Ronda (time tracking) and DMS (document management) is a plus. * Monitor and direct support for interfaces and integrations across the HR solution landscape. * Handle specific tickets and/or critical incidents. * Support compliance with legal obligations within HR processes, such as: eSocial, hiring, leaves of absence, union updates, terminations, personnel movements, LGPD, etc. * Support other systems integrated into the HR ecosystem, such as: SOC, eBox, AD Azure, etc. **3\. Demand Management and Continuous Improvement** * Receive, organize, and classify business demands. * Conduct functional and systemic impact analysis. * Prioritize backlog jointly with stakeholders. * Develop schedules and action plans. * Lead technical-functional alignment meetings. * Ensure documentation of processes and solutions. * During projects, ensure proper transition to maintenance. **4\.
