Your Responsibilities: * **Preparation and Assembly**: Preparation of sushi, sashimi, temaki, and other Japanese cuisine dishes, with emphasis on quality and presentation. * **Handling of Ingredients**: Proper cleaning, cutting, and storage of fish and seafood. * **Quality Control**: Checking food expiration dates and freshness, strictly adhering to hygiene standards (ANVISA). * **Organization**: Keeping your workstation (sushi bar) clean and organized. * **Inventory**: Assisting in counting sector-specific ingredients. Required Qualifications: * **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sushiman. * **Technical Skills**: Mastery of fish cutting techniques, as well as rolling and assembly methods. * **Profile**: Agility, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene. * **Teamwork**: Good communication with the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Schedule and Location: * **Address**: Rua Desembargador Lauro Nogueira, 1500 (RioMar Fortaleza Shopping). * **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:20. * **Availability**: Must be available to work on holidays and Sundays for monthly inventory counts.
