Job Summary: The Support Technician will be essential to ensure maintenance, calibration, and optimal operational performance of air quality equipment and monitoring stations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on technology and the environment, with professional development. ACOEM Ambiental currently has an opening for a **Support Technician**, based at our Belford Roxo \- RJ unit. The professional will play a critical role in ensuring maintenance, calibration, and optimal operational performance of our air quality equipment and monitoring stations, both in the field and in the laboratory. Main Responsibilities: * **Maintenance and Calibration:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and verification of gas analyzers, meteorological sensors, particulate matter monitors, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). * **Field and Station Operations:** Work directly in the field to resolve failures, install sensors, and ensure continuous data transmission to servers. * **Infrastructure and Electrical Systems:** Size and inspect electrical installations for equipment and pre\-defined locations. * **Technical Reports and Documentation:** Identify technical issues and prepare technical reports and photographic documentation regarding technical infeasibility, assessment, and repair. * **IT Technical Support:** Apply knowledge of hardware, software, and data loggers to diagnose and resolve system-related issues. Requirements: * **Education:** Technical High School diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics. * **Driver's License:** Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category B, and ability to drive company vehicles. * **Availability:** Full availability for travel and field operational activities. * **Required Knowledge:** * Electronics and low\-voltage electrical systems. * Information Technology (Hardware/Software) and basic programming concepts. * Basic English. * Proficiency in MS Office suite. * **Behavioral Profile:** Excellent interpersonal communication skills, empathy, proactivity, organizational ability for incident management, discipline, and capacity to solve problems under pressure.
