If you are passionate about joining this purpose and wish to stay one step ahead of the market, join us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users of IT resources for hardware and software needs at Levels 1 and 2; * Grant, modify, or deactivate access to various systems and applications used in Methodos, upon request from managers across departments. * Monitor IT resource alerts and take corrective action when necessary. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; outsource corrective maintenance to third parties when required; * Configure and install computer software and equipment according to specific procedures; * Provide information and training on software and equipment so users can use and maintain them effectively; * Develop and keep updated manuals and procedures for software usage and IT resource configurations; * Ensure the security of personal and corporate data, adhering to the IT security policy; * Maintain updated records and controls for maintenance activities, user support logs, sector monitoring reports, hardware and software inventories, and quality controls—following established IT department standards; * Carry out all duties in compliance with the company’s quality standards; * Adhere strictly to the assigned work schedule, demonstrating punctuality and regular attendance to fulfill the established working hours and deliver satisfactory service performance; * Keep your physical workspace organized, following established standards to comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations; * Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and supervisors, demonstrating respect, open dialogue, and ethical conduct in all situations—to uphold the professional confidentiality required by this role; * Perform other duties related to this position as directed by management. **We are looking for someone who has:** Completed (or currently pursuing) a Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields.
