Your mission will be to support the Store Manager in daily store administration, ensuring all operations run efficiently. You will ensure excellence in customer service, achievement of established targets, and strong team performance, assuming a leadership role in the Store Manager’s absence. Responsibilities and Duties: * Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations; * Monitor store managerial activities and treasury functions; * Manage inventory and ensure products are properly displayed; * Track promoter attendance points; * Responsible for store opening and closing; * Monitor team performance and store sales targets; * Verify and adjust pricing; * Receive, inspect, and restock merchandise. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Management Processes, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in retail management or similar position; * Familiarity with sales management tools, inventory control systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
