Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you—though we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Ensure excellent service to students, delivering efficient support for academic, administrative, and operational demands of the unit, contributing to process organization, interdepartmental integration, and strengthening a student-centered service culture, in compliance with institutional policies, operational procedures, and quality standards. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-person, telephone, email, or online system support, clarifying matters related to enrollment, re-enrollment, student financing, school transportation passes, academic email, document issuance, payments, deadlines, and regulations; * Support operational and administrative activities of the Student Support Center, ensuring smooth internal processes, efficient service delivery, student satisfaction, and suggesting continuous process improvements. * Assist in promoting digital channels such as the Duda APP, Student Portal, and Digital Support; * Handle protocol-related tasks for the Student Services Department—including CAF (Student Financial Aid) and document verification—upon request from Supervision; * Collaborate with Finance and Academic departments to resolve integrated requests; * Contribute to strengthening a student-centered service culture; * Manage and organize physical and digital files related to students’ academic life; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills**: Excel – Basic/Intermediate **Education/Courses**: Completed high school. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** Work schedule: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Shift: Monday to Friday Workplace: Villa Lobos – Av.
