Store Supervisor

Description

* Supervise sales activities to ensure achievement of targets, control shrinkage indicators, analyze qualified sales and results. Responsible for managing the bakery segment store to achieve the results defined by the company's strategy. Must actively participate in daily operations, assist in decision-making, manage resources, manage risks, and analyze performance indicators. Ensure quality standards. Be responsible for training and professional development of unit managers. Must possess knowledge and expertise in team management, cost management, and performance management. Seeking a profile that fosters a positive team environment, is motivational and engaged. Must be proficient in Excel spreadsheets, inventory control, stocktaking, purchasing, and system operation. Full availability of working hours, including weekends and holidays. * Experience in the food industry. Experience in team leadership.
