Come see for yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and proactively, assist in clarifying doubts, and provide product information—including dosage, usage instructions, and possible side effects. * Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications in strict compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions regarding medication use. * Sales and Sales Recording: Conduct over-the-counter product sales and accurately record all transactions. Process payments via cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by the pharmacy. * Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels of medications and products; replenish items as needed and ensure all products remain within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records. * Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on all pharmacy products—including their features, benefits, and potential drug interactions. * Telephone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries. * Organization: Keep the customer service area and shelves tidy and well-organized. Ensure hazardous products are stored properly and in accordance with safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy; * Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is desirable; * Availability to work on a rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule.
