Responsibilities: * Manage store operations, ensuring achievement of goals and performance indicators; * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment; * Monitor inventory, merchandise receiving, store organization, and visual merchandising (VM) standards; * Ensure compliance with internal company policies and procedures.
