This employee will be responsible for strategic sales planning, organizing and controlling the store's operational and administrative routines, as well as dynamically leading the team to ensure high performance, excellent customer service, and achievement of results. **Responsibilities:** Plan and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving targets. Organize and control the store's operational and administrative routines. Lead and develop the leadership team and staff. Monitor commercial campaigns together with the sales department. Direct and supervise the store floor (layout, replenishment, product display, and customer service). Monitor performance indicators (sales, losses, targets). Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and quality standards. Implement loss prevention and continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in progress or completed is a plus). Experience as a manager in retail, preferably in supermarkets. Knowledge of team management and store operations. Experience with targets, performance indicators, and sales strategies.
