You will be an **efficiency agent**, working on the frontline of customer service and ensuring flawless store and inventory flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will serve as a multifunctional pillar, responsible for ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: * **Excellence in Customer Service:** Serve as the store’s focal point, providing customer service across all store sales channels (in-person, phone, e\-mail, and chat). * **Cashier Operations:** Accurately and securely perform full cashier operations, including opening, transaction recording, payment processing, and daily closing. * **Store Organization and Standards:** Maintain impeccable store layout and sales area, ensuring adequate stock replenishment, price verification, and expiry date monitoring. * **Inventory Control:** Provide essential support in inventory management, including goods receiving, order picking, organization, and active participation in stocktaking. * **Communication and Administrative Support:** Ensure smooth internal and external communication, and complete store control reports and spreadsheets using Excel proficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. **Excel proficiency** (to be used for completing control spreadsheets). Profile with strong sense of **Responsibility, Organization**, and **Proactivity**. **Additional Information** Work location: Moema \- SP (We are 5 minutes away from Moema Station \- Line Lilás of the São Paulo Metro).
