Focus on high quality, scalability, and continuous learning **About the Team:** Our team is responsible for the digital retail platform portals of BTG Pactual Empresas. We develop innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge for our clients and the market. We work closely with the business team to promote agility and efficiency in decision-making. We are a dynamic and versatile team committed to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. We value continuous learning, effort, and teamwork. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Gather functional and non-functional requirements, aligning technical vision with business vision. * Discuss solutions and collaborate with the business area and other IT teams. * Participate in agile development practices, aiming for organization and productivity. * Develop features and new systems to meet business and/or client demands. * Work with technologies and languages such as C\#, .Net Core, Angular, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture; * Improve project standards, tools, and processes. * Ensure application responsiveness, accessibility, and performance. * Propose and implement creative, scalable, and sustainable solutions. * Build scalable, resilient, and observable frontends following UX best practices. * Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality. **What We Expect From You:** * Interest in software development with focus on C\#, .Net Core, Java, Kotlin, Design Patterns; Microservices Architecture; Cloud (preferably AWS); * Interest in messaging systems (Kafka, Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS, Rabbit MQ); * Interest in databases (NoSQL and/or SQL); * Agile methodology and Serverless architecture experience preferred; * Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker and/or Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. * Basic knowledge of modern build tools such as Vite and Webpack is desirable. * Knowledge of responsive design and performance optimization is desirable. * Knowledge of accessibility practices. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with leadership, clients, and business areas. * Availability for hybrid work at our office located on Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, São Paulo. * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Commitment to continuously improving user experience. * Appreciation for the importance of good documentation and automated testing. * Basic knowledge of "Rules of React" and React development best practices is desirable. * Familiarity with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices is desirable. * Backend knowledge, especially in Elixir or C\#, is considered a differentiator. * Ability to excel in a collaborative and dynamic environment. **Benefits:** * Performance-based variable compensation (annual bonus);\* * Internship stipend; * Meal and food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Childcare/Babysitter allowance; * Transportation voucher; * WellHub; * TotalPass; * Personal Support Program (EAP); * Optional plans such as Private Pension and Life Insurance; * Pharmacy discount; * Nutrition program; * Pregnancy program; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave – Citizen Company.
